maintained grounds inviting area helpful staff uncleaned room late towels uncaring manager
the grounds were meticulously maintained!!! the gardens and flora blended the hotel into the surroundings. the downstairs sitting area was inviting with fireplaces. the staff were helpful.
the room had not been cleaned after i returned from being out. i called reception about this. there were no towels in the room after 7 pm so i went to reception to collect some. i think the manager did not seem to care about my experience.
